    Big rooms.

Very noisy and a bit run down. Blinds missing slats so open to street below! Window wouldn't close properly so drafty.

Great room rate. Very reasonable! Not far at all from the bus station so it's really cheap if you're not paying for parking.

    Staff were kind and helpfull

Hotel is next to a disco which can be very noisy until very late. Shower space is very narrow, both arms may not fit in.

Noisy outside in the early hours of Saturday and Sunday morning, as my room faced the main street. There seems to be a nightclub very nearby.

This was a nice hotel, with everything you need. Very good value for money compared to other mainstream city hotels, Thanks

Main windows were old seventies style and had secondary glazing added at a later date, but this as created a hard to clean space between the windows and it shows.

I did'nt think that the hotel was very clean.

I didn't stay, asked for a refund after seeing the room, it was a horrible run down hotel, would never recommend it!!!!!

The windows of hotel, which you could see from all the bedrooms, were so filthy it was unbelievable, if they were cleaned it would make the rooms and hotel look much better, T.v in room not working. It was unpleasent experience just trying to get a room, glad we didn't stay. Book another one same price, was a palace compared to this one.

I liked the price of the rooms at this hotel and the fact breakfast was included.

There is quite a few things i didnt like such as how uncomfortable the bed was. It was extra bouncy and you can hardly sleep. The actual building is not pleasant looking. It looks like an old school and they still dont have double glazing! The description said wifi but it was very misleading as it wasnt free! It also said ironing service which was nothing more than an old fashioned iron press for your trousers. I saw some of the towels had stains on them and appeared to be reused. The bed sheets and pillow appeared to have some stains on them too which was a put off. The other bad thing is the fact that there is so much noise coming from the clubs that you cant sleep until around 4am! Last but not least if you are out and you come back at around 3am the doors are closed and you have to knock for someone to let you in!

Stayed in a single room at the 3rd floor. Toilet was not properly functioning. Poor tea making facilities. Bed linen -poor quality. Breakfast worst than any other hotels I stayed using Booked.net.

Foyer very pleasant. Car park facility. Nice cosy bar.

    cheap but not chearful.

the reception area of the hotel is nice and clean just like in the photos on the website ,and the staff friendly , however the rooms were a disgrace. i stayed in room 465, as i walked in the smell of stale cigs hit me, and there on the dresser was an ashtray. cig burns on the quilt cover and the laminate flooring as you enter the room was breaking apart. then the bathroom shower cubicle waste starts gurgling up when you flush the toilet. then there is the nightclub right outside your bedroom window which goes on till around 3.30 am. oh an not forgeting the cold cooked breakfast in the morning. we booked 3 rooms in the hotel and they were all as bad. i definately would not stop here again.

the break fast was cold i told a member of staff and she said i put in micwave for me. plus my egg was not cooked as the white was still runny.they never said bye when we left.

The most central hotel in the city centre and by far the cheapest. Full English breakfast was a nice bonus and almost made up for the horror of the previous night's noise but the bacon and sausages weren't very well cooked

Almost everything about this hotel says rock bottom economy. And even though off the main road, the noise from traffic and people passing through in the early hours of the morning was unbelievable.

    Location, value for money

Suffers from noise from nearby clubs until the early hours.
